I didn't end up posting my story of my coffee training. I was going to say that instead of practising with real milk we used water and dishwashing soap to get the frothy effect. We only used the milk when we needed to.

Wow, I never knew my company was so big. I better get back in touch, someone else may be profiting from this. Not sure about hiring Gandy though. Requirements are you must love pancake coffee.
