This year I took four seeds from one organic tomato I bought , dried them out and planted them...
I got three lovely toms from the seeds I planted , you can do the same with your strawberries , just take the seeds off the skin with a needle , dry them out , then plant them , you will end up with lovely organic strawberries...

Thanks Rose, I will try that. As long as I get to eat the strawberry still I am happy. Thanks for the tip.
