Here it is 3pm. Afternoon coffee time. I expect it is early parts of the morning in America.
 
now then... time to find something boring to put me to sleep for a few hours....

kind of both.......
I had 4 melatonins the other night when this started, did nothing to me......
and yet at night I can be alone, think and get a little work finished w/o interruptions.....
it just leads to lots of daytime naps that lead to staying up way late........
vicious cycle
