"The joy of the Lord is my strength" Nehemiah 8:10
God's joy transcends suffering and pain, and also earthly happiness. It is what we get when we study the Word of God, pray, meditate on the Word, and obey God. It is the joy we get from following God's way, not the world's.
The knowledge that Jesus came to save us from sin and death, also gives joy! The gospel is always a source of joy! Do you know Jesus? Has he saved you? Are you reading the Bible daily? God will lead and guide you from the pages of the Bible, which is also joy!
If you have other questions, I will pm you. Let me know here, first. And remember God loves you, and sent his only Son to the cross, to redeem us from our sins, and our sin nature. And he rose from the dead, and is coming again soon! Hallelujah!

STORMS are a coming for the Southern part of our country...........y'all keep an eye out and be safe....... We are expecting 4 to 5 inches of rain in the next 24 hours.........dat b a lots of rain!

That is a lot of rain! It's been raining here since yesterday and will continue throughout the day today. We are expecting 2-3 inches of rain over the 2 day period.
Quick hello, then back to mopping.......
We got just over 7 inches of rain..........slowed down now......
Apartment flooded again..........well, the back utility/storage room and half the bedroom. Been up since Midnight mopping and vacuuming and praying.
Yeah, I know it could have been far worse, and even though I prayed for God to protect me and my apartment from the storms, it wasn't exactly what I hoped, but it was nowhere near as bad as it could have been......so, thank the Lord.........for giving me the strength to keep it contained until I could reach the Landlord. He is on the way to take over...........and, this time he promises to fix the problem....
Pray that he will.........

I mean yea I disappeared for a little while and then I came back, but now this place is so much more different. I’m kinda sad cause now I miss the old days... you know.. 3-4 years ago??

Lol I don’t think so. It’s not just cause I left, but I know everyone has issues and problems with this place too. I just needed my break so I could spend more time with my son. This is where the memories form... when he’s able to walk and run around and get into trouble lol. Just like any 14 month old kid
