So what did Walmart have did ja get anything good?
Thanks to an over abundance of political mail and packages yesterday, I did not finish my route until 6 pm. To make matters worse, I was sent back out to help on another route and did not finally clock out until after 8 pm. I'm so glad that I'm off today! I feel like I've been run over by a bus.
You will probably be glad mid-term elections will be over soon....more than us even though I'm getting sick of all the ads everywhere and Tourist is sick of the extra trash all these flyers cause that you are having to work so long to deliver.... God love ya for all your hard work delivering all the political propaganda........

Come back and join us Blond has been trying to get this thread going again and wee elephant and mailman dan have been keeping it going and passing out coffee on a regular basis.
This past week Walmart has delivered paper towels, razors for Tourist, Herseys candy, chips and we are still waiting on the dial soap.... rather than go and participate in the store gatherings Blond has ordered and had Walmart deliver to the door.... so we are now ready for our pagan Halloween holiday...since the candy arrived.

The end of mid-term elections will be nice! Then we'll have the calm before the storm of black Friday (following right after Thanksgiving) and cyber Monday (which I call the "cyber Monday" earthquake) and we can expect to feel the after shocks from the cyber Monday earthquake (should measure around 8-9 on the richter scale) starting around that following Thursday.

The most wonderful thing happened today.... Tourist & I have been under the Insurance strain for about 4-5 months now as we had a series of Car Ins. payments due three months in a row and then our Life Ins semi annual payment due in November... So as per Blond's normal she worries about where the extra large sums of money is going to come from and didn't see it happening.
Now also per normal Blond and Tourist do pray about such things as help with these finances when knowing that these things need to be taken care of. So going along we managed to get the series of Car Ins. payments made and Blond was still puzzled as to where the money came from but it was there and we made it but was still concerned about the Life Ins payment as it was double what the Car Ins payments had been and she really had no Idea where that Money was going to come from.
So the Tourists prayed about it and the worry it was causing. So today was the day that the payment needed to be made and Blond looked in the bank account to see how much money was there to make the best possible payment toward the BIG BILL and there was almost double the amount of pay that Tourist usually gets a week and Blond was bumfuzzled that his company had made a mistake and we would have to give half of the money back because there was more than enough to pay the entire Life Ins payment.
So Blond waited on Tourists lunch time call and asked him if work made a mistake and he said NO that they paid him for a week of vacation that they owed him... I was ecstatic as I realized we would not have to give any of the money back and God had answered our prayers to make sure we had the money to pay the Life Ins bill on time.
Isn't that wonderful? I have been praising and thanking God all day long... and wanted to share it here.
