Yeah, the opacity lightens the text so that I can see more of the cat's face, but then it changes some of the words to colors that I don't want.. lol

Or, once you have added the text, do a free transform on that layer to arc around the bottom of the cat's face, then it is not blocking the pretty kitty at all :D And add a layer style :D

Create that layer separately then, and when you have the opacity right, then add the text as a layer on top of it :)

Just learned how to insert an image inside text. :) I made this picture, with a tabby fur background.. lol

It's not very good, but not very bad for a first attempt. :o

Tomorrow morning I have a nail appointment and tonight while making supper I decided to butcher my poor finger so now that appointment is going to be a painful one lol

I'm missing something because it's supposed to only be the lettering, not the entire background..
 
Magenta, would you mind editing this so that the white background is gone? That's how it's supposed to be with just the lettering, but my Pixlr won't let me do it.. I think I missed a step somewhere.. lol

Why do people feel the need to just simply comment on somebody's thread and just make snide remarks because it seems "juvenile" to you? If it don't interest you then just ignore it rather than belittling the OP with snide remarks.
