I'm crying right now, and I don't even know why.. My depression is kicking my *** hard lately.. :(

A common cause of mild depression this time of year is Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). It comes from not getting enough bright light. An easy way to combat this form of depression is to take Vitamin D supplements. I also take B complex and fish oil. All three of these seem to help me battle mild depression.

For more severe depression, you might want to consider exercise (tailored to your range of abilities).

You might also want to look into Cranial Electric Stimulation (CES). Two devices that provide this therapy are the Alph-Stim and the Sota Bio-Tuner. There is vast legitimate research showing how effective this technology is in helping depression and a variety of other issues. Do the research. You won't regret it.
 
It's not SAD. I have lifelong depression, which is usually under control, but has been bothering me more lately. I always get depressed just before Christmas.. I HATE that holiday..

blue i’m here to tell you its ok because i’ve cried too although this time it was the serious menstruation kicking in and the light was also hitting my face giving me a knot in the throat. Just bask in your bed sweetie. :p

(1 Chronicles 4:10): ...New American Standard Bible (NASB)

10 "........ and that Your hand might be with me, and that You would keep me from harm that it may not pain me!” And God granted (him) what he requested.

Father, I ask for your touch in the life of our family member Lady 'blue,' keep her from harm today and stave off any pain associated with this affliction (physically, and emotionally). Father, I ask You to completely heal her as Your will allows and we ask that You give her a new pep in her step this very day in keeping with the testimony of Your glory. I pray this in Your Precious Name Oh Lord! Amen.
