I dont know the details of your hubby's situation of course but I've been in a toxic work environment before so I can understand how difficult it can be and how he might not be in the mood to talk to anyone or anything. Just know that it has nothing to do with you and that he still loves u as much as ever. I hope he at least keeps an eye out for job openings, but that's just my opinion of course. Hope u have a good Sunday, Lilbit.

As much as I wish he would.... he won't. He's a very stubborn man... and I'm a very stubborn woman lol.

Had a bad storm come through our area last night. High winds, heavy rain and constant lightening! :eek:

Our patio furniture (including our BBQ grill) was blown to the other side of our deck and our wind chimes and hummingbird feeder turned into yard missles!

That's how I felt when I finally got home from my daughter's place at two o'clock this morning! :eek: Then I slept in a little and was a bit late for church, but it was still better than missing it completely as I did last weekend when I saw my daughter Sunday instead of our usual Saturday, due to the fact that we were going to see Matchbox Twenty and Counting Crows that evening, which, by the way, was a really good concert :D My pastor told me today that when I was a no show last Sunday, he almost needed a defibrillator LOL

Is it a funny, feel-good joke? :confused: I don't get the sense you mean it that way though. Life is a series of one tragedy after another. Sometimes we find joy and a small measure of passing pleasure. Sometimes there is a bit of fun and we forget the pain, but overall, there is no escaping the fact that we live in a fallen world where sin has permeated every good thing that God made :(
