I think I need to go to coffee drinkers anonymous. Three coffee shops in town, not only know what I want, but my name so I think it may be time to stop drinking coffee....why me?? :(
 
I am currently in a place that just had over 3 feet of snow in two days but....do you know what? It is "refeed Day"! This is like a trip to Hawaii for me. Mahalo!

In my case it would be low blood sugar or right before a nervous breakdown..... Only time I have gotten the shakes.... oh, or I'm really cold.....

Could it be one of those for you?
