Well I somehow smashed my thumb on a shelf in the fridge today....Now my thumb is a little tingly...at least I had something close by so I could put cold on it. lol

Owie. Sorry to hear about your thumb mishap! As to the pop-up message, yes, that does happen to me every once in awhile. I say yes to leave the page and then my post goes through, but not as a double post like Dan's does.

This happens to me too but not every time. Must be a minor glitch in the system. Last year I smashed my thumb closing the car door. My nail was purple for 6 months before it grew out. It hurt really bad that's for sure. Sorry about your thumb.

I had so much fun tonight. I celebrated with a friend whose last day of work was today and I found something about myself.

Alcohol makes me cray cray and then really sleepy and want to outrun a train haha!

a few days ago my finger was in a skirmish with a kitchen knife.
the knife tried to decapitate the fingertip, but only succeeded in slicing into it.
so i guess it was a draw?

probably needed a few stitches, but my grandsons were here so nope! lol

Good morning everyone.

Since my day off landed on Monday (the holiday) next week, I'm off Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Woo hoo! We have freezing rain moving through my area, which started on Friday evening and will continue through Sunday. The NFL announced that Sunday’s AFC divisional playoff game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers will now kick off at 7:20 p.m. CT.

Moving the game from the original 12:05 p.m. CT start time will provide local authorities more time to clear roads in the area as the weather is expected to improve throughout Sunday.
