Well folks, it's been a crazy year so far. (Oh by the way, thanks for all of the private messages of concern here, nice to know I am loved and missed! Especially you JesusLives! Love you Dar!!)

As y'all probably already know, daddy died on February 25th, 2 days after his 87th birthday. That was SUPER HARD to go through, that's for sure!! But, he is now in Heaven at peace with Jesus! I take comfort in knowing that.

Lots of you prolly remember the major problems with my husband and I. Well, I have left him and am now living on my own. It feels REALLY peaceful now. I do get lonely at times, however my life is so much happier now! :)

Funny you should mention that it's been eleven years. :) I was thinking about that last night while watching the Weather reports. And remembering how all the GLOBAL WARMING folks were telling us that CERTAIN DEVASTATION was sure to strike! All the reports of how many powerful storms would ravage the US...........

yeah...I was down in FL during the last set that came through

lost power for about 5 days...let the mildew begin...

we had one big tree uprooted...which the horses played with until my husband cut it up...big new toy, but no house damage

it's always the east side that is the worst...what with tornadoes and such

apparently, a few years before, a small tornado had cut through the back of the our property (before we bought it), killed some horses and damaged homes

you never know...but I always pray!

Heather's back! I'm sorry for the way things worked out but maybe it's for the best considering your husband seemed to be a raging alcoholic. Please, don't be a stranger here. :)
