I have two ex army personnel in charge of my pre army training but they need to yell more lol. PT instructors are the worst apparently especially the female ones :D
 
HS sis believe me theres nothing nicer than to wake up with a bucket of water or screaming/pounding on pots and pans..speaking from experience...after that you ARE awake no coffee needed. And your fit :D

Oh...haven't you heard? Spring is off this year where you are at due to a Northen Hemisphere take over. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience but the decision is already made:p.

Well I started to get bored and I didnt think he would wait 2 classes and plan it all out... I felt the burn today Im tellin ya and we went: you told me to go harder on you remember??? and I was like ...well I am not whining..good job Stefan lol

Well the last one directly went into the pain from the beginning and Stefan works himself so its even worse lol. starts with nagging pain and he just pushes and pushes till you break..my other one was always surprised I didnt do more than gasp..Stafan gets me to wanna throw things at him lol

Well I can controll myself too but Stefan gets you to the point that the pain gets so bad you bcant controll yourself..And he loves it too! he goes on and on until you tell him you cant take it then he goes a bit easier and giggles around. The other one and I would tell jokes a lot more.. Mostly inappropriate ones but it was very fun. once he was like.. ''Dems whatcha gonna do if you get a boyfriend, your waay to tough for most dudes'' and I said '' pfft ill just put him into the cage of my chinchilla is he disobeyes and I can go get my moms old horse whip if he needs help'' he bursted out laughting so bad he was crying and had to do a break. I miss that dude lol!
