so random story. this morning, next to my drive-way, i found a notebook paper with writing. i could tell it was a letter, and it looked very much like my brother's handwriting. he lives next door, so i was thinking maybe they were taking out trash, and the wind blew the paper to my yard. i picked it up and started reading it, and turns out, it is NOT my brother's. lol. it's a letter from an inmate to his significant other. sadly, there are no names, so i'm not able to return it to the owner.

I would speculate that it indeed did blow from someone's trash and that they they probably don't want it back.

But God put it in your path so ask Him what he wants you do do with it.

Well, my kids certainly aint, not yet at least, but reckon that's due to their mama's sorry attempts at raising them:p.
 
i used to work in a school office, and sometimes, i run into students i met there. they are all kinds of grown. it makes me feel old. lol
 
:) I haven't been saying anything foolishly, I have been showing what God judges to be right and testing people.
 
Reading the posts about ADHD got me thinking about one of my Brothers. He found out as an adult that he has ADD. I don't get to see him that often because he lives across the country. Last time we saw each other in person we we're talking about our childhood, friend's, etc. He mentioned that he was constantly suspended from school, for stupid things, like skipping class and forgetting things and getting caught smoking. Then he told me how was diagnosed with Add. I didn't know much about ADHD growing up, nor was it really discussed. It explains a lot of his behavior back then.

I'm glad that people aren't so fearful to discuss these issues anymore. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Watch their diets, (as you obviously have been), and they probably never will need a string of letters to excuse their behavior.
