Hello Magenta, well I'm sorry about not posting an update, been in a lot of pain,
not up to posting.

Anyway, here's an update; went in Monday for 2 steriod injections, and P T.
Went in today for 2 injections and P T. This treatment may not work, but I
have to try. I have 10 more injections, and 5 more weeks of P T. Then, we'll
do another MRI, and see what the results are.

I also want to say thank you to everyone that have been praying for me. If you
will, please keep me in your prayers. Thank you. Frank

I am just getting ready to shut down here at work, but want to mention turmeric as a natural pain killer, it is used in food but you can but the extract that has medicinal properties called curcumin I just bought some for my daughter for her birthday last Saturday :D

I eat turmeric every day - I put it in my protein shake. Adding a little pepper makes for a synergistic effect on the turmeric.
