Is gonna be a scorcher today... Not looking forward to this...
Ive told old man winter I want him to come back... But he won't listen. Maybe it's cause he's an "old man" and he doesn't listen period to anything anyone says anymore?
Hmmmm.... Who knows.
I do know that... Saturday is gonna be the hottest day... And I'm staying indoors and cleanin my house... At 7am!! Why? Cause I wanna beat the heat!

Our 4 day heatwave is now officially over - the day my holiday begins and the forecast for the next week is mainly rain...lovely NOT!

It is hot here too, I feel ya, Stay cool. Drink plenty of fluids. I am outside,, Rought, But still better than single digits..

It was a scorcher alright! 98 degrees here with 110 degree heat index. I wasn't looking forward to it at all, but I'm looking forward to my 3 day weekend! Woo hoo!
Too funny. The comment, not the Scripture. I actually did a whole thread on Nahum one time because I had been reading it, and it has some really good stuff in it, and I didn't think it got the attention/respect it deserved. I believe he is considered one of the "Lesser Prophets," but do not quote me on that.

Oh my goodness... I hate summer cause I get really bad heat related headaches... Like the back of my head feels like it's on fire and I cool it off with my cold hands... It sucks! But the weekends I can at least wear little to nothing at home and chill indoors!
