Last time we played dinosaurs. Several children were eaten by the T-Rex. But it's not my fault, one of them left the gate open to the enclosure.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Sending praise to God for all we have received the last year. And look forward to all he will give us this coming year. even if the world seems to fall apart around us. Knowing God is our keeper. and our Joy. Nothing can hurt or harm us (eternally speaking)

so lets give praise in our momentary light afflictions (think of Paul) we will go through in the coming months,, and give God all the glory!
 
Off to Thanksgiving dinner #1.... #2 is Saturday... I'm glad I get a day off in between at least lol.
 
I can honestly say... I have WAY too much Christmas Decorating to shop for.... cause I have a new tree....(came with the house) and not enough ornaments for the tree... OH.... and the tree needs lights.... and possibly a new topper..sigh... ontop of all the Christmas presents I need to get for the family. BUT! Good thing Hobby Lobby has all decorations 50% off!! yes!!

*Sigh*... Don't do much decorating anymore. My kids are adults. They'll be lucky if they get a Christmas card (empty of course).
But as for my grandson? ;)

My problem... I LOVE shopping for decorations for the home... and I may or may not go a little overboard lol...:rolleyes:
 
I am so full.....ugh....the dinner is over, the dishes are done, the kitties shared in the festivities and they got their turkey treat.....Hubby is in bed and after cooking all day I can take time to veg out for a bit before heading off to bed. Put the kitties in their room to sleep so it is just me and this chat site and the calm silence after a bunch of family and friends have left the building.... I love having everyone here to share a wonderful meal but the silence is wonderful after it is all done and one can collect ones thoughts....

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day....

Oh boy! Back to work after Thanksgiving and the weather forecast calls for freezing rain all day! :(
