You might still be able to salvage the important documents.....I know there are devises that you can use to get information off the hard drive, if you find someone who has one and is willing to help, you should be able to get the documents....I know my brother in law has one, and it worked on my computer when it crashed. You may want to check with the computer professors/ people who run the computer lab.

All such things in moderation... coffee of course is peddled as being good for you, they cite the polyphenols as a reason as if they cannot be gotten elsewhere, but there is also the matter of small amounts of caffeine acting upon your memory, though the findings are controversial, being both positive and negative, with it having more pronounced positive effects upon "older" people (as opposed to the younger generation who blithely saunter about with their java jugs permanently planted in their grubby little fists
). Caffeine is a psychoactive stimulant drug gee no wonder I struggle with it... I have been going off and on the drug over the course of many years, spanning into decades now LOL and just started again a few weeks ago after my co-worker's coffee smelled soooooooooo good.
