It's purple. Maybe its made with the purple potato....makes awesome bread. Rarely see it except in Hawaii!

Maybe it's because Magenta posted it. I'm pretty sure purple is her favorite color. I could be wrong ;) ;)

JeniBean, have you made bread with purple potato? I have yet to see this.
