Someone brought me breakfast.. Bacon egg hash brown buiscuit n gravy. Now that's gonna take a big hit on my calorie diet
 
Scrapple can also be fried and put on a bun with cheese, ketchup or mayo or both, a fried egg, ... its got a peppery kick. Great sammy for bkfast or lunch. Or dinner. Or late nite snak. Local VFW was serving meatloaf, mashed potatoes, & green beans today -- yum! :)
