Morning Sky,
slept decent, about 3 hours,
on my second pot, had treatment, prayer time, reading Gods word, then coming on.
Doing good, get to go to church in about 3 hours.

How's my Sky doing?

Buy it was a deep sleep...
So Im feelin perky lol

Now I'm not claiming
I feel like dancin' around now like Betsy Bopsy Tops...at a Hollywood Vaudeville show. Lol

But Im awake

I take a beta blocker and they changed manufactures and I wonder when they switch meds and I had a few of the old pills that I know work so I took one of those plus an asprin just in case.....I don't know where old age heart trouble and panic attacks end or start any more.....but it settled down and I will skip that pill when I take my morning meds as I don't want to overdose.....I forget who said it but someone said old age isn't for sissy's.... Heart racing calmed down so feeling better now.

morning silly one :)

when the kids were small and i was in a hurry every morning, Mark was in danger of being made up in the bed!

now i hardly ever pass the whole night there, and when i go into the bedroom he's already made it. ♥
