There's a small town nearby that's heavily french influenced .. and has it's own dialect, so to speak. A good friend of mine loves walking into one of their coffee shops pretending to speak his own version of french. I'm in tears laughing whenever it occurs ... because my buddy couldn't speak a word of french to save his life. But it sure "sounds" like he does ... lol The looks he gets from the patrons is priceless ... lol And the more I'm in tears, the more he does it ... lol

So wet this year. It's either been raining ... or steaming from the humidity. Farmers around here are crossing their fingers from all the rain :(

we have a buddy who's got orchards and fields. (organic!)

i always wonder about weather for him... and i know more about what apples need in terms of weather than i should. lol

yeah... i do, too. think i'll stretch out on the sofa and see if i can fool him. (not a chance lol)

Yea, was going to ride again, but, I don't' think I
can. I think I will go to the hospital, it's going to
be a long wait, before she wakes up. I just want
to see her million dollar smile, the I will know she's
back.

The soreness, I'm sore, can barely walk, the kids are
real sore also. They asked if they had to ride today, I
told them no.

We still need rain, it's been 10 weeks. We had 2 storms
in that time, had all the bellls, lights, but no rain. I guess
we'll have to pumpwater from the big creek to the pond.
Don't know yet what I'm going to do.

Morning, well, we like to share. If you'll could, just pass it to someone
else, not us. It's another cool morning here, sitting here on the deck,
I thought I was going to have to get my jacket, or robe. The breeze

I used to love horseback riding when I was a kid. Went every weekend. Still remember my fav lil' horse ... Blackie. Fastest of the lot :) Was a good horse to ride :)
