You know Im up poohbear lol. I gotta make sure ya feelin alright brother...then me is happy :) I tell you tho a cold wash rag on my head eases me and helps my sleep sometimes

I know back when I was a child, my nose would bleed. My mom would take
and put ice in a wash cloth, put in on my nose and eyes, the bleeding would
stop. She was my hero, no matter what, she could fix it.
