Heres a tip my friend......from a professional beach goer...........if you must lay out in the sun.....(I live for my beach umbrella)
It should be done in 1/2 hour intervals.......half hour in the sun.....half hour out of the sun.......this prevents burning.....
If and when you have burned ......to take the sting out........soak a washcloth in vinegar.......lay it on the burned area.....do not scrub....
(As if you'd want to).....just apply light pressure.....and repeat .......works everytime......i hope this helps frank........
Brewed tea (strong) will do the same thing.... without the stench. It's the Tannic Acid that does it.
Aloe Vera plant leaves broken and squeezed produce a liquid that works very well
Hey Melita! Eat more bananas for leg cramps honey. Believe me it works. I am 6ft tall...and at age 12 I grew a foot in 2 years Im serious. Charley Horses every nite it was misery

thanks for the tip, lovely sky! it had been such a long time since i had a leg cramp. i wanna say i was still in college the last time it happened to me. fortunately, my leg doesn't feel sore from it. last time, i remember it being sore for a couple of days.

actually, the white pulpy part of the aloe vera plant IS edible.. cut away the green part of it though.. I drink aloe vera water all the time..
How many decades have you been drinking tea? What color are your lips? But, seriously, tea WILL stain sheets or upholstery.
Lol.....if this is true.....avoid the sun....go straight to a strong tea bath......hehe

I had such a rough night. I woke up about 1:30 gasping for air again as my asthma started acting up. I was able to get it under control after drinking some water. Now, my throat and chest are hurting from straining to breathe
. I know my allergies have taken such a hit with the farmers harvesting and they just got done with the fields around my house, so I know that is a huge contributor. I am praying that my allergies subside so I can fully function without my inhaler.
