I'm gonna talk about racism in Arizona a little.
There is such a huge hoopla about illegal immigrants from Mexico, yet there are so many double standards. I have been looking for jobs, and all the housekeeping ones for hotels I see are suggested bilingual. What do you need to learn? Spanish, suggesting hey may or may not be looking for Mexican people. Yet everyone is like "OH WE NEED TO PRESERVE OUR JOBS."
Or even us Hispanics, I have legitimately heard someone call the Mexican people who hang out in parking lots looking for jobs "THOSE kinds of Mexicans." Um, we're Mexican. "Oh but not like THAT." Seriously?

looks like we have a three person team. On second thought, 5....I have two people who could help. I help my mother and her bestfriend make cakes. We just made a graduation cake.
What is your favorite part of decorating cakes? I always like smoothing the frosting.....weird, I know

My two favorite parts are doing the borders and making the roses.
