I made a "candy" apple for my lunch. I chopped some raw almonds in a food processor, then threw them in a small bowl and mixed in some honey, peanutbutter & a dash of cinnamon. Then I sliced a big Gala apple and dipped the slices in that yummy mix. It was awesome!!!!! :D

I love coffee sooo much lol....I should work in a coffee shop....with a library across the street to spend lunch break. Now I would dig that! Yessss!
