I was about 12 when my grandfather went home with God.

He also had a parakeet that ate its dinner on the table right next to my grandfather's plate. It was sooo cute!! LOL

I think the same you said, Violet. I love this gray one because it looks like "boot" the cat of some friends I have, missionaries who lived in Venezuela. I liked her a lot, but boot seldom allowed me to touch her more than a minute and that was her "normal" face when I tried to show her my attentions.

Now I don´t have any pet and not sure if I´d have another. Sometimes I´m absent for more than a week and, pets need loving attentions, plus daily food.

That's so cool about Boot. She sure must be a beautiful cat! My cat was a Norwegian Forest cat named Sophie and she was fluffy and looked big, but was very light-weight. Then we had Mr. Jones who was jet black with silver sparkles on its fur.

Well it is 445 pm...I am in Penrith, just west of Sydney Australia and it has rained for two days now....most of my American counterparts are sleeping or about to crash and leave it to the old guy to start a thread that will reach a 100000 plus views HAHAHHA way to GO HERMIT hahahah......well, I have rambled enough....how are all of the Australian MATES doing...good day to ya mates.......!

Dude, I feel sorry for you, i've seen the weather up there on the news, pretty bad...Should've come to Melbourne :)

Can I just tell you about my youngest daughter...........I am so blessed just knowing her......no doubta beautiful gift from God........she is 19.......and has the music blasting this morning.........not just anymusic.......Christian music.......I'm watching her bop around the house getting ready for work......She is singing and dancing........saying ......"mom ....I love this song.......you just gotta hear it".......Blessed...... I tell you I'm blessed........thank you God for the amazing people you have surrounded me with.....

This is just so strange. Last night Melita appeared in a dream. I was on my way to work, and when I was passing this nice mansion, (it was hern...or her's...hmmm) she was just entering her car (and what a strange car it was, I think that crazy actor, Mike Myers, used a car like that in a film lol) and even though I was in my car, leastways 100 yards away from her, she said "hello"...and I heard her...lol...:D
