Gonna be a beautiful day here today. Thinking I might order and plant 14 emerald cedars today ... just to add a bit of privacy to the backyard. Was originally thinking of 30 or more ... but the back was saying uh, ... no :) Everything's coming into bloom as we speak :)

That will be gorgeous! My grandmother gave me a cedar chest as a child! I love it...it holds my quilts I'm working on!....er...WAS working on. Lol...I broke my sewing machine teehee
 
I am having an exciting day...with a few girls in the family. Girls day at the river for Thunder Over Louisville in Kentucky! I love the air show...Blue Angels are awesome....all the jets flying over I love it! I'm kinda excited so hard to sleep! Lol...we won't leave til later.

True, everything is blooming. These are the last of what's left of the bulb flowers we've had over a few years. They're scattered around the yard now. Might be some purple tulips somewhere as well but they haven't come up yet.

My daughter mentioned the tulips were opening so I had to wait for morning light to get a good photo.

Yes they do! Honestly...I try to leave before the finale. I go every year...and let me tell ya...it u leave too late after the show. There's fights from drunk people in the street. A few times in life...I had strange men follow me down the street. But we will be safe because my sister knows what street to walk back on....lol...the streets that have no wild pubs! Lol
 
Dear Father In Heaven

Want to pray for the pain revealed on page 623. Little Bit is missing her dad, Willie had a friend recently pass away, two children are rebelling against you running from any association reminding them of You....and I am sure there are other unspoken hurts throughout this thread... Whether physical, spiritual, financial, lack of job, a new habit given up health issues Father I lay all of these burdens at Your feet and ask that you help each and every one of us to continue to draw closer to You each day. Help us to lean on You, rest in You, have trust and build our faith in You and please comfort us along the way and bring us Your peace as only You can. Help us to look up and keep our eyes fixed on Jesus and to become like Him more and more each day. Thanks Dad...for hearing and answering our prayers, Bring our children home to You before it is too late. In Jesus Name Amen.
