Rox, we serve an awesome God. He is love and by His grace we will be saved someday. How I approach this is if you are convicted by the Holy Spirit to repent about something, do it. Ask God for forgiveness in general and bring your past to the cross... but leave it there. It doesn't help us to confess our sins and then pick up the burden again to carry it along. The devil will remind you of your past, but you have to be strong and remind him of your future (forget his future as we are not to judge).

You can tell him you are a princess of God and He will embrace you one day like the prodigal son/daughter. You are a spiritual warrior. If you are in darkness you grid your teeth and say Rak Chazak Amats! and you praise ABBA Father. He is King of your circumstances.

They run a load of cookies into your computer if you log on though............I really wanted to hear Melita sing, but my goodness, I don't need all those cookies jamming up my cheap little computer..........sigh.......I'll just have to imagine how wonderful she sings.......

I've been around young women long enough to know that this is a very common and most unfortunate self-perception. I'm half tempted to post a pic of my ugly mug ... but I'm afraid I'd scare away all the horses. But it'd sure make you thankful that you look as pretty as you most certainly do :cool:

They should have used Phil's little metal thingy - I think he called it a jack to support the end of that bridge......This looks like a BIG SAFETY HAZZARD to the Blond..... I don't think I would have driven it that way..... I mean I would have at least landed in the water to get the extra points.....and score a 10.

I just had one of those anxious dreams...... Dreamed I was at my former job and had been on vacation returning middle of April....and I see a note with a box on my desk dated April 2 to overnight package mind you it is now like the 15th of April and I am looking at this mess of a box that had cheese cake in it to overnight.....

I'm thinking to myself who does this? Surely they had to see the box sitting there going nowhere.... melting going bad....then I am anxious about the person to receive this and how in the world this is going to be fixed...who is going to pay for it? Why my backup didn't do it or why the person who left it there didn't ask where I was as the box just sat there.....

So glad hubby got up for a pit stop waking me up so I could think whew.....got away with that one....lol Dreams....I don't even remember them 99% of the time and have remembered three just recently.....

Only good one was getting to pet the cat again since he's been gone since July last year....was nice to touch him again in a dream last week....

Thank You for that... (made me actually blush a little)....

My husband tells me on a daily basis how beautiful, gorgeous, and pretty I am.... even the elder from church tell me every Sunday.

Just sometimes I don't "feel" those things lol

And by the way, I am sure you are handsome as ever, nothing changed from getting a little older ;)

I thank you for your replies everyone. I am often reminded of the past and it pops into my head often which is sad. I read somewhere that when that sneaky ugly devil rears its ugly head ... that you say "Satan beat it and leave me alone forever! I belong to Jesus now and not you! I command that the devil be gone in the mighty name of Jesus!! (Or something along those lines) and I do say it!!
