Okay, beautiful peeps. I'm off to do some babysitting for some friends of mine. I hope I don't squash them. See you all in a few hours time.
 
Lol...I had to laugh at this line from an old British comedy! One man said "My goose grows cold sir!".... Then the other said "As does your wit sir!"...haha

You play squash with small children? Or you harvest squash with small children? Kind of confused as to what you are going to do while you are babysitting.

I sit on babies, because I'm a bad boy! I kid, I kid. I'm babysitting. As in looking after my friend's two children for a few hours. Playing ball, trains, cars - that sort of thing. Maybe watch a Veggie Tales video. But I love your ideas. :)

There are some good threads going at the moment. One about the Original Language of the Tower of Babel and another about Evolution and the Bible. Don't let me stop you all.

Babysitting was my very first job ever and had so much fun doing it as I love children. Anyway, this boy was five years old and I would always incorporate his help in doing the dishes, getting dinner on the table, and even cleaned the apartment for his mom. Then I would let him play outside and we would play hide and go seek and I would take him on a bike ride around the neighborhood depending on the day. When his mom would get back she was impressed with how the place was cleaned up and she even had dinner waiting for her in the refrigerator. Mind you I made it from scratch and not the freezer dinners she had for him. I miss that little guy, he was so much fun.

I bet everyone wanted you as a babysitter?
I always volunteered at my Church, benefit suppers, children's activities, cleaning the Church....One older woman and I made an awesome team....You got the two of us in the kitchen for benefit suppers and it was awesome....
Then I got into the sound booth with a few older guys....they loved playing pranks during church....
