The last I knew there wasn't one. Actually, I have been getting up and going at 6am all week and on my weekends, I prefer to sleep until 8 because I don't sleep well (I was tested for sleep apnea a couple months ago) and my body wakes me up. Yesterday, I slept in for about 30 minutes and today made it about an hour.
