As a special ed teacher, I give the Woodcock-Johnson IV to test for learning disabilities, dyslexia, and cognitive impairment.
I usually test kids, but it works for adults, too. Any takers?

me: i did get a message as to why you missed the appointment yesterday morning. but i called back and rescheduled.
her: what? i didn't get a message.
me: no, ma'am. i actually spoke with you and we rescheduled your appt to 4:30 pm [which she didn't show up]. if you called after, then i didn't get the message.
