So, I have been working on not drinking soda and instead drinking tea and my health has improved overall. The weird thing is that I used to not be a fan, but now am enjoying every drop. Although, I would much rather drink iced rather than hot tea.

i've been soda-free for 1.5 months. but i can't get myself to drink hot tea. i can drink me a whole lot of iced sweet tea tho! lol

I love sweet tea too. It has to be sweetened for now at least, but it is better for me. I would quit cold turkey, but the sugar and caffeine helps me from developing really bad migraines, so I am slowly decreasing my soda and increasing the tea. Good for you.

I finally tried that, it was a little weird
It looks a little weird too. I have tried Chai Tea, not really a fan of that stuff.

Good for you, I can never bring myself to drink just plain water, I wished I prefer it, I drink a combo of diet green tea and diet lemonade (mix). Although I prefer mango juice mixed in with green or black tea the calories werent worth it.

I finally tried that, it was a little weird
I've tried it before when I was hanging out with my friend for her birthday. I didn't think the bubbles really tasted like anything and they were a little hard to get up the straw. And then after that I was just kinda...chewin on nothin...

lol Someone asked me about it once thinking I must be into a new age thing or whatever, God made the eye.
He made the rainbow too, but everyone hijacks God's stuff and makes what is good of evil, its strange.

I used to drink Pepsi up until I had my tonsils and adenoids removed, two years ago in September and now when I drink it, it burns going down so I can't drink it or a lot of it.
