Mornin Melita, well, it is cold, it is snowing, it is windy, we had a solar eclipse today (was fantastic tho) and it is back to sub freezingall in all...NOT a good mornin...lol
It was cold 'cause the sunshine got eclipsed. Windy too? Not a good start to spring.

Nope, sorry. Grits CAN be made from hominy. And hominy IS made from corn, the same as GOOD grits are, but hominy is very altered corn.Grits are made from hominy, and hominy is made from corn. And, strangely enough, hominy is very different!
