Blond is not happy with herself right now and is going to the pool for a very long swim and thought pondering.....I am a stubborn Blond and a diabetic that thinks she can eat anything.....BUT SHE CAN"T..... so as I go to swim and have an attitude adjustment and a good talk with Dad.... I will leave you guys for a bit with a thought....

That is more likely a person causing trouble by posting nonsense or foolish thinking = a troll
But a Bot/Crawler (malware program) will just post a link to somewhere else often accompanied with gibberish wording. It looks for any sort of opening on a site such as open membership and then once inside it seeks out chat or posting area. One of the best ways to block them is to use captcha code while people are applying for membership where a person has to actually read the letters or numbers and type them to prove they are human. Or pick the right pic to go with the word offered such as 'which is the apple'? I don't remember seeing that sort of code on this site.
