Today is my birthday and all I want is just for today let us not be divided and instead shower each other with encouragement and love. even if you don't like someone I ask you speak at least two good things about them this is my present

2 Corinthians, Chapter 4:
6For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
7But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
8We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
9Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
10Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
11For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.
12So then death worketh in us, but life in you.
13We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;
Scripture tells us also not to fear the one who can destroy the flesh, but the One who can destroy both flesh and spirit...
Do not fear the evil of this world, for Christ has overcome this world!

T'was the night before Monday
And all through the house
There was weeping and teeth gnashing
By every child and spouse.
The weekend just past
Had been one of cold wind and rain
Hardly one to be enjoyed
And left all singing a sad refrain.
When out of the East
A bright light did appear
A great voice said "I have overcome all,
So of Monday's have no fear."
Rejoice for this start
Of a new week with your walk with me.
For it is a chance for you to share with others
How my sacrifice from sin set you free."
