I just listened to an Elizabeth Smart interview on the Crime Junkies podcast. The last thing she said resonated with me. No matter the actions and decisions one may have done previously, no one deserves to be sexually assaulted. Period. So many like to shame the victims saying “if you did or didn’t do this....” duo it, take it from a Survivor, no one deserves to have this happen to them.

This is what I am trying tonight (click b/c the site name has a "bad" word so as not to offend anyone I will link it this way )
(have tried a few recipes from this site, and they've always been good)

baked pineapple chicken bowls.

Well, not really baked. See the directions say to pan fry the chicken, then bake in oven. I thought "won't that over cook it?"
"Can't I boil the sauce till thickened on the stove top?"
Well, those thoughts were brought up in the comments and stated that it was tried stove top and turned out great.....

but hey, recipes are just guidelines :)

That's what I say to myself when cooking...recipes are only guidlines :LOL:

My wife went to the doctor today and when she filled out her paperwork, gender choices were male, female, transgender female to male, transgender male to female, genderqueer, additional gender category not mentioned, choose not to disclose. o_O
