Thank you for all your hard work, Dan! The whole country relies so much on you guys everyday. Especially in these times of lockdowns and stuff. You guys are unsung heroes.Just another 12 hour day of delivering mail for me.![]()
You drink fast, Ruby!Morning all
I have three different websites that show the current weather in my area. Sometimes when I'm bored I like to check them out and see how they all line up. They're never the same lol.

Maybe because when we try to be too careful we overthink it and end up getting in our own way. Glad you weren't injured.I was attacked this weekend!!!!!!!!!
By my basement stairs!
Slowly walking down, holding onto the handrail when suddenly BAM!
My feet went out from beneath me and my left hip hit the side of the step, while my right elbow and fist slammed into another, and my bum bounced off the next step and then was like "WEEEEEEEE!!!!!" sliding down the last 3 or 4 steps (that part might have been fun if I wasn't stunned and sore)........
point being :
How come when we are carefully walking down stairs this happens?
BUT when I run up and down NOTHING!!!!!???
slow and carefull= unsafe
careless and crazy= safe
it dosen't make sense.
Absolutely. "Neither rain or snow....".Thank you for all your hard work, Dan! The whole country relies so much on you guys everyday. Especially in these times of lockdowns and stuff. You guys are unsung heroes.

This cat loves going to school
I was thinking about this because it was a perplexing problem to me, and I found these that you can put on your stairs. Sorry about the huge picture. It's the only pic they had.Thanks.
Did I mention I was wearing socks?
I'm not a sock fan except when my feet are super cold (they mess with my circulation and cause swollen ankles, and circulatory socks are not much better on me)......
so I think the socks had something to do with it.
We're thinking of somehow texturing the stairs since they're bare wood with some crappy old paint, and since the stairs have attacked all of us at least once (same step or the one just before and/or after)
So that's one of my new projects/research.....
texturing (or making safe by other means) the stairs. (While making it look nice)
