Sounds like kidney stones. Acute pain and it went away after using the bathroom and/or lying down pretty much give it away. (but of course I'm not a doctor). You can drink lots of water and hope it/they pass without too much pain. Safest thing would be to see a doc because they can break them into bits with a sonic laser thingie that uses sound waves (non-invasive). And make sure you increase your fluid intake from now on. Not drinking enough fluids is what causes them.

The pain in my side was more of a dull ache, but the feeling I had of something being shoved up inside me was not painful, just uncomfortable.. It felt like a pap smear speculum being inserted into me.. And I drink (water, juice) all the time. I might as well be a fish.. lol.. and it's never bothered me like this before...I think it was Monday or Tuesday that it happened.

And reading the rest of the posts, I realized how little my problems are. Sorry girls for your loss, I've lost both my grandfathers as well and my grandmas is not doing well

Father God, please be with the ladybug. grant wisdom to the doctors, may the staff show her kindness, and may she be restored to better health soon for Jesus' sake, amen.
 
Thank you to all who prayed. :) I just got back home, and here's what is going on. I have kidney stones in both kidneys, but the one that's bothering, is 2 millimeters big and is very close to the bladder. I've been given some pain meds and have to start drinking alot more water than usual, and "usual" is already alot..lol

So please keep praying that the stone passes on it's own, and soon. And that I won't have to go back to the ER.. AND that my pee returns to normal, with no blood in it, because as of right now, there's blood in it..
