I'll vote but I just want this thing to be over with. This election has divided our nation and everyone has become more angry because of it

it rained sunday. it rained yesterday. it's raining today.

Voting was a nightmare. It was my first one. Thank God I didn't have to stand in the cold, but things were unorganized. Lines to get my ballots were so slow and sometimes the people working there couldn't find peoples names. It came to a point where the people had to switch seats because they kept getting mixed up.
 
i voted early. i tried early voted during the last election, and i liked the not hassle of waiting in line, etc. so i did it again this year.

It was easy and quick here...A few were there, but most people don't go when I went...
 
Anyone ever notice (and perhaps a little dismayed) that the "Speak Your Mind" thread has WAY MORE posts than the "Bible Verse by Verse" thread?

Yes.............

But I don't think that is in any way negative.......folks here, on this Thread, read their Bibles daily, and study in small groups often.....

There are other (very negative) Threads on the BDF that have more posts as well. Those cussing 'n' fussing threads get a lot of posts........ :)

Also, if folks are regulars here, they will know that quite a LOT of good Scriptures get posted here!

I agree with wanting it to be OVER.......but, in all honesty, I can't remember a General Election that did not divide the Nation. Such is the way of things. Every Election, folks talk about how "this one is the worst ever," so, i don't think it is better than any recent election cycles, but not sure it is the worst either. :)
 
Y'all don't be to disturbed by however this Election turns out. Way I see it, no matter what..........half the Country will be happy, and half will be angry......... :)

But, the important thing to remember is: GOD IS STILL ON THE THRONE!
