i need to have a secret stash for snacks at work. i always get hungry an hour before lunch time. what's up with that lol
 
so i'm reading Spurgeon's book on the Beatitudes, and it reminded me of this:

Mal 4:5-6
“Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the LORD.
“He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse.”

the last word God spoke in the OT was curse (tho it's in a Promise :) ).
and the first recorded word the Lord Jesus spoke in ministry (Matt 5)

was blessed.
already beginning to make all things new. :)
