if you find a good chiropractor.. It may help. I found one, and he did a miracle. I could hardy walk. after a year.. I was so much better.. I still struggle. but not near as bad.. I was ready to have surgery, and that was 19 years ago

I've had degenerative disk disease in my back since I was about 27 or so. It is getting progressively worse, it won't EVER get better. It might not flare as much, but it won't get better. I guess this is just my cross to bear, even if I AM sick to death of bearing it. My primary physician said I'll be in a wheelchair someday. I think he's right.
I have degenerative disk disease L5-S1. Chiropractor did me good. Your right,, it won;t get better, but if what causes the pain is helped or relieved, you will see improvement..
You just like me will never run a marathon again..lol
What happened to blue_ladybug? I guess I'll just have to drink it myself.

Soaking up some rays...watching my pups enjoy the marrow bones I gave em and finished my outside 'chores'
Cleaning the downstairs later...did upstairs yesterday...planning a nice supper and all that good stuff
