Haha...this tickled me...Once gave a friend my blouse. She wore it, then her sister wore it to church etc...My heart was so happy these ladies loved my blouse! One day coming home...I find the blouse in the back seat of my car with a note from my friend.....Lol the note said " Penny, thanks for the blouse. Its yours again,....The gift that keeps on giving!". haha
 
What a day. Let my grand daughter have my Blazer. Bought it for her and she didn't act like she wanted it so I started working on it. Her mom has been looking for cars and finally I texted and said it is this much. She drove it and I'm out. I don't mind. Girl will be 16 in a week or two and grandpa got her her first car. It is safe, nimble, small, and it is the best car I ever owned. I am so happy and blue. Kind of like when I got married the second time.........

That has got to be "backwards thinking" --- isn't it generally thought by most folks that foul language makes you sound "like less of [ a ] somebody"...? ( i.e. - "ignorant" )

Lady Angela, I was wondering if you would like to start a thread regarding dieting, fitness and health. We can all use it to encourage one another to keep healthy and share ideas that will help each of us. I would caution us not to use it as a competition or contest of any sort. But that we all just help each other reach our personal goals or what have you. And we could pray for one another, too. :) I totally know you are gifted to be an administrator (I sure ain't! :p LOL) so thought I'd throw that idea over to you. What do you think?

Back in my youthgroup days, one guy went up to a girl and told her that if she was a mcdonalds sandwich she would be called the mcgorgeous.

Not necessarily. The Bible said not many noble or influential or wise are called by God. Evidently God values such people and uses them to confound those who are presumptuous and think they are above people less talented, skilled or learned.

I swore off of all bad food for several months.....just ingested whiskey....didja know that without potassium you die, and you have to ingest it, your body doesn't make it? A really bad diet and I encourage no one to try it.

Bananas are a staple now, along with the bible. God has been so good to me. I am so thankful for His patience.... "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."
