Okay, got a cool story to tell. My cat decided to bring a blackbird in the house this afternoon and let it go and it was sure fun trying to get the bird to go back outside. Thankfully, he didn't use the house as a bathroom
 
Its quiet here on Friday nights, eh?
People must have lives outside of here?

Me too:confused: I would love to go for a country drive and enjoy the beautiful landscape, but no I am stuck at home:( On the bright side at least I don't have to be alone because I have whoever is still here to spend it with, now I feel better:)
 
Lol...I must say I never thought I would miss the noise of scooting dining chairs over my head lol...but being a woman alone all week..yea I welcome the sounds lol

Very cool.

I'm just chillin on a laptop ,watching Big Hero 6 for the 100th time with my daughter.
I like my life, l have a life......its just a different kind of cool than what someone younger thinks is cool, ya know?

Never mind.
It's not that cool.


But my daughter is.

Lol, I have a friend who was driving with his son on some backroads one day and heard something hit his car....He saw different colored splat spots on his car (orange, purple, green.....).....Here is the conversation:
Father: "Eww, why do birds love my car after I just get it clean. What are these birds eating now?!"
Son: "Dad, those are paintball spots...."
The father is a pastor in my town...

That sounds like it would be very cool indeed. It is always awesome to spend quality time with your family, nothing that could ever be compared to it. I am actually looking forward to having that kind of a life though when God says its time
 
My daughter called 2 more hours they be here yay! They have been making pitstops on the trip shopping. Lol..u know how road trips are lol
 
I like road trips.. Lots of memories of my family going on road trips every weekend...

ah... Those were the days.... :)

When we lived in Oregon for a short time, we always drove to Washington to see the mountains. And I mean... Plural.. Mountains. Lol my dad always had the same "get up" and camera and everything. It wasn't fun then... But looking back... It was so much fun :)
 
The only complaint Id have in a family road trip...Is generally I am in the backseat...and I have long legs lol...oh the cramps lol
 
I live in Vancouver, Canada. So our family road trips comprises of going through the U.S.A. border to get cheap gas and cheese... we stop occasionally to Seattle Outlets, i must confess ;)

But I also do like going to Whistler and sometimes on the B.C. ferry to Vancouver Island. Do a bit of hiking and biking.
 
lol, road trips were the best, especially if you drove on back roads where you could see different animals like moose...
