If you're still uncomfortable you might want to try Magnesium Malate. The Malate is Malic acid from apples. It helps to buffer the Magnesium.
Some women get arthritis early in life. Chondroitin sulfate and glucosamine , which is from a seafood source so if you're allergic to shellfish ignore this part, are great for joint pain generally. And the Chodroitin, helps regrow joint cartilage. Personal experience there. I use to have knee pain but not anymore since I took that for about three weeks. After the first week the pain was gone but I wanted to keep it up and after three weeks stopped. Just to see how my body responded. That was five years ago.
There is a company called Biotics Research. They sell Pharmaceutical Grade supplements. The best kind to get the full measure of nutrients.

At 1:35 there are twins laying on the floor laughing and looking at each other. Watch their left legs. They're looking each other in the eyes and their left legs are moving in the same way.

I think that people who can't laugh at babies laughing are emotionally disturbed or at least depressed.

Lady Blue, where are you?
Such people need our prayers. They would I think be in a very dark place to not be moved by the innocent spontaneous joy that is a baby's laughter.
They are so precious. And it is priceless to see a video like that posted and recall when our own lives were so easy going. No bills, no worries, no stress of making it day to day. Babies are and should be the center of attention. And they in turn relish every moment of their life in joy. Even when they cry for some reason, when that reason abates they're happy again. Moving on to be back in peace, spontaneity and happiness as they live in the moment.
We are wiser than babes. And yet what a wonderful life it would be to live in the wonder of a newborns taking in all that life has to show them. What we take for granted they find fascinating because it is new, a first time experience. Something to marvel at, play with, laugh at, and love.
They love life because they are love embodied.
