I just seen on Aljazeera News that some whack job doctor is seeking permission in the U.S. to transplant one dudes head to another man's body.....he is 90% positive that he can preform a successful transplant.....good luck fusing the spinal cord together and it working.....what's next.........!

And doctors with their heads screwed on properly say he has a 90% chance of failure, and that's being generous.
