It can't be the first because some people may not call on the lord until there last days.

It's not possible it could be the first because if a person only calls upon the lord late in there life, when they may only have a short time left, how are they going to keep the whole lawJesus either puts you on probation until you keep the whole law completely, because His Sacrifice was lacking in adequate satisfaction of the Father's justice,
OR
Salvation is eternal life which was fully paid for by the Savior alone for undeserving sinners.
Which is it?
"16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."

It was a hypothetical statement. It wasn't doctrinally correct. The second one was of course. It's not possible it could be the first because if a person only calls upon the lord late in there life, when they may only have a short time left, how are they going to keep the whole law

noted lol, it's a good approach much better than throwing a wobblerIt was a hypothetical statement. It wasn't doctrinally correct. The second one was of course.
The first was just a common belief I've noticed with preachers who teach works of the law as an additional requirement for salvation.
It seems they think Jesus paid for sins past and they must help maintain a condition based upon behavior. That's what is considered probation, to borrow a legal term.
What Christ offers is a pardon in full.
This is no example it's a warning. Judas not born again this scripture is befor the cross.Do you believe you could forfeit your salvation.. yes!
examples; Judas, Lucifer becoming Satan, the flesh is mortal the soul immortal until you decide not to be on the right side with GOD.

can we discuss free will ?.God promises the believer eternal life and offers him/her free salvation. He has said that none can remover the believer from His hand. He has also said that He adopts the believer into his family. However, He has also given us a free will. He has also warned us of the consequences of turning away. No one can take us from Gods hand but that does not stop us from jumping out. We also know that in this life children are adopted by loving people yet some of the adopted choose to run away and disown them and in the same way we can reject the God who has adopted us. True believers are known by the fruits of the Spirit. This has nothing to do with earning salvation by works. We are no longer under the law written on stone. Rather Gods moral laws are written on the heart of the true believer. It is no longer "I must or must not out of fear" but "I will or I wont out of love". Whether we are Gods children or not will always be our free choice. Which do you choose?
That is a very faulty understand. So it's time to do some serious study. This is my understanding.
yup so does your manners. That is a very faulty understand. So it's time to do some serious study.
This too was a part of your faulty understanding. As is your failure to capitalize Holy Spirit (who is God the Holy Spirit). If you believe this then you capitalize Holy Spirit. The soul is born of the holy spirit.
We get a soul when we are conceived in the womb, but a new birth when we believe in Jesus. The Holy Spirit creates that second birth (see John 3). As a result, we believers have a new nature within that seeks to overcome the old, sinful nature that remains within us until our physical death.John 3:6
6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.
And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
Are these two verses in any way related.
If there not related does each new person get given a unique soul from birth.
Other old testament verses talk about people taking about there soul.
I'm assuming flesh does not give birth to a soul either.
I believe a mind is a living soul of a person. We get a soul when we are conceived in the womb, but a new birth when we believe in Jesus. The Holy Spirit creates that second birth (see John 3). As a result, we believers have a new nature within that seeks to overcome the old, sinful nature that remains within us until our physical death.
It is not what you personally believe but what is revealed in Scripture. And according to Scripture what you have posted here is TOTAL NONSENSE. Also it is "fetus" not "fetis".I believe a mind is a living soul of a person. Which develops in a fetis inside it's mother's womb around about week 6. That is the second life. The third life is when that mind is blessed by the fruits of the holy spirit, it's a butterfly stage humans go through.
Thankyou brother so lovely to see you at your bestIt is not what you personally believe but what is revealed in Scripture. And according to Scripture what you have posted here is TOTAL NONSENSE. Also it is "fetus" not "fetis".
