Christians have their own celebrities who they idolize. They're typically big-name authors and speakers; but they're distant and aloof, like their secular counterparts. People are oftentimes shocked and confused when their idols are exposed for who and what they really are.

I can understand that, we all have friends and family with dangerous beliefs however it's important to distance ourselves from those beliefs to make it clear we are in no way condoning the beliefs as rational thought in modern civilized society.

We should be loyal yes however we need to speak up against anything that is said that historically been historically followed by violence.

They have free speech to speak hate and we have free speech to call out hate for what it is and the violence it has caused.

This is about being on the right side of history.

Then call it out for being false. Not for being hate. Even God hates what is evil, so hate by itself is not wrong. So what Ye said is either true, or false - hate should have nothing to do with it. So the Christian, if he believes he should "speak up", should "speak up" not against "hate", but against lies.
