What the Lord revealed to Paul was never taught before. Even Jesus did not teach what Paul taught.

Why would one not present that each Sunday?
Believers bring their children with them to church. All children start out lost. Why are lost people coming to the assembly of believers? The local church is for believers to gather and be equipped to live as children of light. The believers are to preach the gospel out in the world.

Then you are free to kick them out of your gathering if you like and ensure the door has a sign at the entrance saying " Sinners not welcome."
Your assertion that believers should preach to unbelievers outside the church gathering is not wrong. The parents should preach the gospel to them. Why leave this to the pastor's sermon?
Boy, where did that come from?
How about both? The parents should preach the gospel to them. Why leave this to the pastor's sermon?
Your assertion that believers should preach to unbelievers outside the church gathering is not wrong.
What you seem to advocate is that preaching should not include the basic gospel message because church is for the already-believing.
You are making a dangerous assumption and a mountain from a molehill. Let it go.

Preach the word ... do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. 2 Tim 4:2-5 (KJV)

The church should absolutely preach the gospel of Christ which is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes - Romans 1:16) to the congregation. The difference between believing the gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) and not believing the gospel (1 Corinthians 1:18-21; 2 Corinthians 4:3,4) is the difference between salvation and condemnation.

Not everyone in a church service is necessarily a part of the Church, the body of Christ. In common usage, a congregation refers to all the people gathered for a church service, regardless of their salvation status. It's defined as an assembly of worshippers, including regular members, visitors, and seekers. The church should preach the gospel to the congregation? Is not the congregation the church, the body of Christ?
