You were a California emissions inspector .. I had some welding inspectors on a nuclear plant construction job that loved their authority and exploited with it beyond what was necessary . You didn't do that as emissions inspector did you , you had the authority to shut down didn't you ?

No, I tested automobiles. If they were running dirty I could fix them most of the time. If they had missing, modified or disconnected equipment I would fail them and my machine would notify the State. They could either fix it or junk it. It was illegal to sell it or register it for use on public roads.

People in California can read my posts as well as you. I didn't say that global warming or climate change is caused by only humans. But we are merely a contributing factor. I'm on neither side of the political equation any more. All sides seem wrong to me now. I'll vote on issues not for people. And I no longer live in Cali, I'm an Okie now! I saw the garbage wash ashore in Long Beach and was very distressed. I used to swim and play in that harbor.

Well said! He's letting off steam and reaching the largest audience he is able to reach. And yet, what he's actually done is compile years worth of sound bites from the far left, adding his personal animus to theirs.
That he imagined Billy Graham would agree is naive. Graham adored Donald Trump. He wouldn't have adored an opinion piece that slandered the man the way the CT one did. No real substance, just rotten rhetoric, the re-do.

I have to admit that does sound like something a little kid would throw out there.
What's it even mean? Eyelashes don't flap, they go where the lids take them.
I learned a long time ago how to take the wind out of the sails of that kind of person.
No one can insult you without your permission.
But they do insult themselves for the effort they expend toward others.

Jealousy is ugly and likely that's what you encountered.
One wonders when people go to such ends to insult one another on a Christian board if they'd behave as they do if Jesus were looking over their shoulder as they type.

Ever heard of the Dammit Doll? It's a rag doll that someone marketed years ago. When you get mad you just take this doll by the legs or arms and beat it up or beat things around the house with it, while unloading all the anger and curse words and whatnot, out loud.
The expenditure of energy releases the upset and whatever ails gets channeled into the violence expended on the doll.

I worked with someone years ago that bought one for her cousin. She said it was the best investment because its cost saved her the price of their bail.

I find pulling up weeds works, cleaning up the yard in general...trees round here drop branches like others drop leaves...but we have the leaves too...going for a walk.....I can also curl my lip on one side...that impresses mr husband...and then there is the side eye...

and the "I've got you all figured out and it ain't good' disapproving look
