I used to write daily devotionals of hope and encouragement. I loved getting up every morning and praying to ask the Holy Spirit to give the message that someone needed. It was truly miraculous! I would meditate on the word and the message, application then start to write and The Holy Spirit moved me to a whole different topic. When I could see God move the very words That I was writing to do his will, WOW, How AWESOME! SO I have a question for you! Do you love Jesus and trust him to use you to do His will? Because in every position in his Church, it all comes down to one word. TRUST! Do you believe he can use what you have learned to inspire his Church? Well, I know he can! Put it all in Gods hands and trust in his Holy Spirit to use you to do his will. Even if your faith is more reserved, we all still have to pray and have Faith in God in every situation. SO! Do your part , Pray , TRUST, and God will do his! Your going to do great!

Maybe I am oversimplifying things, but it seems to me that you are focusing way too much on how the word will be delivered by you. In other words, the power is in the word itself. Just put it out there as best as you can. If what you say is true, then the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of truth, will do the real work of bringing the increase.

thats not oversimplifying its faith in action And words to live by

No mam, the pastor had some issues with the elders from taking off too much so He was kind of forced to bench me lol. Wasn't great to hear after working on it for weeks but I ultimately understood. Back to Wednesday night lesson preps for now. Thank you for asking.
I want to encourage you to know that every effort you put into preparing for the sermon was not wasted. You could also find other places to share your testimony and your messages and try to do short summaries that are very effective and clear and to the point and practice them in public situations. That will build confidence as well. I noticed somebody gave a negative opinion that was discouraging, but I believe any opportunity you get to share does not depend on your abilities. Remember, Moses complaining about his inability to speak, and yet he was one of the greatest men in the Bible. Sharing the word and overcoming our discomfort in getting out of our comfort zone will certainly expand our dependence on God.

Pray to GOD that HE leads you and reveals what HE needs the people to know to truly follow HIM. It maybe the only chance they may have.
